Melinda married her husband Ray Rygalski in 2022. Together they have 5 children and 2 grandchildren. Melinda obtained her Patient Advocate certification from Cleveland State University and is very active in her community. She has been a member of the Oregon/Northwood Rotary Club for 20 years, she was a founding member of the Northwood Community Cares Committee and currently serves as Secretary and recently finished two terms on the Oregon Senior Center Board. She is a 25+ year member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals. Her passion is helping clients navigate the healthcare system.

Andrea joined Compass Care Management in February of 2020 after the birth of her first child. She is married to Eric and they have two children.
Our mission is to provide our clients with assistance in understanding and making the right decisions when it comes to insurance. We have the skills, knowledge, and experience to help meet our clients' established goals. Our personal goal is to become a lifetime resource for our clients and give them greater confidence in choosing their insurance plan.
